"I first talked to Gary two or three times and he was very patient with me. I was very leery about this type of a situation because I had just gone through it with a law firm out here and they got nothing done for me and charged me a bunch of money. I have to be honest, I was very Leary, and he wanted some of my pertinent information, but I got a comfort level with him and I said tell me what you can do. He told me that he thought if we got him all the information he needed, that they could probably get me into the situation that you did get me in, which is Non-Collectible. The contract that was sent out was exactly what they said.
You did what you said you would do. When you needed something, you would call me. You were very professional. The people that answered the phone were considerate and professional. If I had a question, they certainly took the time to answer it for me. The thing was, you got to a position where you could fix my issues, you told me what I needed, I got it back, and you did what you said you would. I would recommend you, I definitely would recommend you to someone that has a problem. In fact, if someone came to me, I would tell them to come to you first. You would think in a regular situation you would much rather have your law firm be in your home city, but it just didn’t work out that way. I would easily tell people, to get a hold of them, tell them what the deal is and let them get after it. You did what you said you would do with me, you didn’t promise me anything, you just said, this would be our best result. That was fine with me, and that was the way we cut the deal, and that is the way I look to do business. Cut the deal up front, and you live with it. Don’t hesitate to have someone call me because I will tell them exactly. I tell it just like it is. "
