Customer Service

The customer service representative interacts with customers and provides and processes information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about procedures and services. is responsible for answering client phone calls, setting paralegal and attorney appointments, gathering required
documents and logging client and IRS mail. In addition, a case manager
should be able to answer client questions regarding tax resolution.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries

  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • manage customers' accounts

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or College degree
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Case Processor

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and understand business documents
  • Client engagement
  • Generate reports for analysis
  • Maintain project files and keep current
  • Support attorneys.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Establishes and maintains filing systems and other documents in our Document Management System
  • Ability to work independently and attention to detail a must
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independent

 
Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience

Tax Analyst


The Tax Analyst provides the initial consultation for clients and will also be responsible for setting up affordable payment plans to clients so that everyone can receive assistance with their tax issues. Upon completion of an initial investigation our Tax Analyst will be responsible for explaining our findings and the suggested tax resolution or course of action. Branch Affiliate Partner

Our branch affiliate program is designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs! Leverage your existing client base by providing your clients a solution to their Federal and State Tax Lien problems. Community Tax Relief's Affiliate Program allows you to focus on sales while our team of experienced resolution officers and attorneys negotiate with the IRS in order to obtain the most favorable tax resolution possible for our clients.

Negotiator (Attorneys, CPA's and IRS Enrolled Agents)

Community Tax Relief negotiator's are responsible for communicating and negotiating with the IRS. Negotiators will also offer skilled advice and knowledge to clients regarding Community Tax Relief's tax resolution program. In addition, the Negotiator analyzes client financials and prepares resolution proposals to the IRS.

Paralegal

Community Tax Relief paralegal's are assigned the responsibility of seeing a case through to completion and ensuring the Community Tax Relief client is kept informed throughout the process. During this process, the paralegal will take client appointments, analyze client financials, and prepare resolution proposals.

Case Manager

The case manager is responsible for answering client phone calls, setting paralegal and attorney appointments, gathering required documents and logging client and IRS mail. In addition, a case manager should be able to answer client questions regarding tax resolution.

Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager's responsibility is to manage the hiring process, new employee training and administer personnel records electronically. HR will assure compliance with all regulatory and company laws, policies and procedures related to Human Resources management practices. In addition, HR will oversee employee benefits administration to include working with outside benefits consultants and / or insurance brokers and communicating benefits information to employees.

Tax Preparer/CPA

The tax preparers responsibility is to prepare tax returns for Community Tax Relief client's. As needed, and at the request of a customer, our experienced Tax Preparers will be available to take client appointments.
