About Us

Community Tax Relief was created by Attorneys and Bankers with years of experience in both tax debt resolution and financial services. Our mission is to create a new standard for the industry, in which the customer and their best interest truly come first. We have grown tired of seeing clients getting taken advantage of and paying outrageous upfront fees for which they receive little to no service in return. Too many clients are turned away from our competitors because they couldn’t pay high upfront fees.

Our corporate philosophy is that no client should pay full price for a service until they know what their options are and what kind of help they can expect from us. No one should be turned away because of their inability to pay upfront fees. It is because of this philosophy, that we first obtain all the information the IRS has on file, then analyze a client’s current and future economic situation, and then apply this information to the IRS and state resolution programs made available for you. Just like a doctor or mechanic, we diagnose the issue and determine what needs to be fixed, how to fix it, and then present you with a reasonable cost for our services. Once you decide to proceed, we will custom tailor a flexible payment plan that fits your circumstances.

To keep you free from the emotional and time consuming burdens of dealing with tax agencies, Community Tax Relief's experienced tax debt specialists will take over all communications and correspondence with the IRS and state taxing authorities as soon as you become a client. Our experienced and aggressive tax negotiators will monitor enforced collection efforts. We work with the IRS to use their own collections procedures against them to obtain the most effective and cost-efficient resolution program available to you.
